email notification

How can I get the dances the participant selects to show up on the email notification?  There are up to three participants per entry and within each of those there are 7 different dance levels with multiple dances in each which can be selected - all set up with conditional logics.

I can not figure out how to put this into the field form on the email notification - select them all? or?

If you have modified the contents of your email notification, this may have caused your email notification settings to no longer update. With this, you'll need to replace your existing email notification. You can check this guide on how to create a new one: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
