Field Labels in a multi language form

Hi,

I have a form that is in English that I need to translate to several other languages. I know how to do this, but the question is that I use Zapier to send submissions to Salesforce.  I've noticed that if I change a field title the mapping won't work.  If I have one form in multiple languages, will those submissions go to Zapier using the base field titles in English or do the field names change?  If they change, I need a separate Zap for each language.

It seems you're having a bit of trouble with using a form in multiple languages when integrated with zapier and salesforce.

As far as I know this should be working but, the field mapping to salesforce might be somewhat troublesome if changed since it is a bit finicky and limited when mapping. So do apologize about any inconveniences that this problem may have caused you.

Which form were you having this problem on? So that we can investigate this problem.
