Forms no longer triggers e-mail notifications

    Hello,

     

    We have two volunteer forms. These are completed by selecting a link on our website and e-mailed to the appropriate individual so that we know, in advance, who will be in our building the next day.  This individual has stopped receiving e-mail notifications yet I see the forms are stored on the website.

    The forms I am referring to are; JA Finance Park Volunteer Forms and JA BizTown Volunteer Forms.  Will you please help?

    I checked the form and the the submit button was missing. I cloned the form and the red submit button was there in design mode but not visible when the form is live

    I tested by creating a new submit button and the issue got resolved.

    I would suggest you to remove the old submit button and create a new button to fix the issue.
