I have tried to save the PDF custom report of your form and it worked on my end.

I tested twice and it worked fine, what I would suggest you is to try to customize your report in a different web browser, if possible try with a different computer and network since it may be that something is blocking the JotForm resources that help to make this work.

If this still persists, please check the web console to find if there is an error, these keyboard shortcuts will help you to get it.

    Google Chrome:

    Mac: Command + Option + J

    Windows: Control + Shift + J

    Firefox:

    Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

    Mac: Command+Option+K

That error means indeed that some resources were not properly loaded, loading the JotForm website through the HTTPS link https://www.jotform.com/ should help you to properly save the changes on your report.

Do let us know if it works on another computer or internet connection.

having the same problem on multiple networks, operating systems, and browsers. i have tried windows 7,10, mac os, safari, internet explorer, and chrome.  also at the bottom of the form, the text looks like it goes off the background, not sure if this is part of the problem?

Unfortunately, so far during my investigation it seems I am unable to replicate the issue or any errors on my end in the latest version of Windows 10, Mac and also Chrome and Safari.

What version of Chrome, Safari, and IE are you using? Is it a pretty recent version?

When you get these problems what exactly are you doing when they are occur?

Would it be possible for you to tell us more about what you are doing at that time?

Or is it when you open the form to start customizing the pdf?

i was using the most recent versions of everything, however i reset the form and the changes saved for a while and now it is broken again. is there a limit on how many changes you can make?

what i was doing was moving fields, and resizing things so that it makes sense to us when we print it out as a pdf

I have cloned your form into my account for testing, and the option for adding fields to the customized PDF report seems to be working fine here.

Can you please let us know which fields you are trying to add when it is not working on your end, so that we can try replicating it and see whether there is any issue in the system that might be causing it?

From our tests so far, the PDF customization seems to be working fine here.

Without being able to reproduce the issue, it might be related to your browsing session. I would recommend closing your current browser tab where the PDF layout is being customized, then re-opening the PDF designer in a different browser tab instead. Once the PDF design is freshly loaded again in that new tab, try adding your desired fields by using the Add Field button.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
