I put an image in the autoresponder but when i tested, this image couldn't load in email...

The image is not showing in your Autoresponder because your image URL is local, from your computer. And that just can not work, you will have to upload the image to one of the online servers and use the URL from there, you can do it with Google Drive, DropBox, or any online image storage server.
