Why are payments not coming through when CC info is filled in a Jotform?

I have a few Jotforms encrypted and embedded onto a website linked with our company's Stripe account. However, when someone fills out one of these Jotforms, it will say the form was completed and they put their CC info in, but it won't show up on our Stripe account. Since the jotform is encrypted, it will not show me their CC info after they fill it out. This has happened multiple times with 0 success rates. I have given you a URL of one of our applications linked with Stripe and embedded onto our website with the encryption option chosen.

I have checked and the form you provided is created on account with username elimfellowship and it is shared with you. I also saw that form has two submissions and one of them is encrypted.

Considering that form requires actual payment to be processed I am not able to test it. However please note that  data that is being sent to payment processor you are using on your jotform will not get encrypted and as such will be passed to them for further handling.

More about encrypted forms you can find inside of this guide:

Is there some error message that is shown when your users submit the form? If possible please provide us a screenshot of error message.

I also saw that you form is embedded with script code. Maybe there are some script conflicts between your webpage scripts and jotform script that are Caucasian this issue. You can try to re-embed your form with iFrame code and test your form after that. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:
