Can a respondent edit their submission after submitting the form?

I am looking for a Google Forms alternative.
Can a respondent edit the form after submitting as this is important?

Yes, editing submission is possible in Jotform. You just need to create an autoresponder email in the form then add the edit link in the email: Check this guide for more details:
