Why won't my email address and/or username come up anymore?

    When I tried to log in with my usual login information, it does not recognize it. I have made several jot forms and need to get to them right away. I have not done anything differently since the last time I logged in. However, I can no longer use what I thought was the same information.     All forms were created in the account LEnita1 (lindsay.enita@yahoo.com). You need to login using the username instead of the email address. If you forgot the password, you can simply reset it in the login menu.
