My account was downgraded recently-need to know why?

    I want to check who requested the change?

    You had an old active subscription with the Premium plan, that was never canceled. The system tried to charge the old card on file and deactivated the account which triggered the downgrade.

    So please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. The account is back to Silver as it should be.
