Can you limit date selection to just 1 week in a specific month?

I am planning a conference and need to limit the check-in and check-out dates to just 1 specific week in June 2017. Is it possible to do that, and, can the calendar pop-up be set to go directly to June 2017 (instead of defaulting to today)?
