Is form secure (like https)?

I am new to Jotform.  I have been told form accessed by link below is secure; the form requires my credit card information.  I see nothing in the way the form is built that suggests it is secure and it does not have an https address.  Maybe Jotform does something to the form that makes transmission of data secure; I do not know.

Can you please confirm if the form is secure or not?
