Migrate data to a nonprofit jot form account.

    We are a nonprofit and see you offer a nonprofit discount. How do we either: 1) Change our existing account to a nonprofit account or (2) set up a nonprofit account and migrate the data. I need to do so today before we downgrade our existing account and lose data.

    Hi there,

    I understand that you want to downgrade and re-upgrade again by availing of our nonprofit discount. Please apply for the discount here. Once you have submitted an application, it will be reviewed. Please make sure that it is approved before upgrading again.

    However, I just checked your account and you are currently in a discounted Bronze Yearly Special. May I just warn you that your current plan is also discounted and if you are planning to re-upgrade to the same plan (Bronze Yearly), you will be having the same benefit and discount, just as your current plan.

    I am not given an option to maintain a discounted plan. I am only given the full price when I try to renew.

    I paid $79/year for the Bronze plan last January. Today, when I tried to sign up for an additional year of the same plan, I was only offered the full price of $190/year. I do not see the discount of which you speak.That’s why I applied for the nonprofit discount.

    You are still subscribed to the discounted Bronze yearly special so you do not need to upgrade again. Your special Bronze Yearly subscription will auto-renew on January 13th, 2017. During that date, you will be automatically charged for the discounted Bronze plan. Please make sure that your card has the proper funds so that your subscription will auto-renew successfully.

    Please note that if you decide to cancel the current subscription or upgrade to a higher plan, you will not be able to avail the discounted Bronze Yearly special again.
