How do I stop receiving email notifications every time a form is submitted? It is not setup as a condition.

I am not sure, if I understood you correctly.

Do you want that if the specific form is submitted, you should not receive the email notification on submission of form?

I don't see any Autoresponder set for the form, so you should not be receiving any notification. However, the ideal way is to  delete the existing Notification Email in your jotform
