Email Auto-Responder: How to send it when editing submissions?

Can you provide more detailed steps to setting this up so my users can get a response each time they edit their submission, please?

To do this you only need to open the email wizard and edit the email auto-responder:

Once editing the email, go to the advanced tab and turn the send on edit option to on, so each time you edit a submission the email will be triggered again:
