i keep getting a message that my email is in your bounce list. However I know for a fact that the email I have on file is a good one. It is the one I use for my business and has been working as the main email contact for my JotForm communication for well over a year until recently. How can this be resolved?

First of all, you can remove your email id from Bounce list by following the instructions provided at :
This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as ""old"", ""rejected"" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.
