I assume that's because I have made too many test submissions. Can you cancel out those submissions so I can finish testing and make my form live?

Your account was auto suspended and that happens because of our anti-phishing system that detects and disables suspicious forms. I checked your forms and I confirmed that there are no phishing activities so I re-activated your account.
