I was also looking at the pricing and features and I was wondering what you mean with the fields that say Monthly Submissions, Monthly views and Total submission storage.

Does monthly submissions refer to the amount of times the form can be submitted? What's the difference with monthly views? Also, does total submission refer to the amount of times that data can be stored from each time the form is submitted?

    Hi,

Monthly submissions: You can receive 100 submissions per month, as a Free Plan subscriber. If you reach the limit, your forms will be disabled and you need to wait for the counter to reset back to zero. The counter resets back to 0 every 1st day of the month.

Total submission storage: If you are in our free plan when you want to store more than 500 submissions in total, your oldest submissions are deleted by our system in order to receive the new ones. Your 500 submissions limit is a total restriction and it doesn't reset itself at the beginning of the every month such as monthly restrictions.

Monthly view: Form view is sometimes referred as impression and it is any type of loading the form. So if you have a page on your website that gets 1.000 views per month and embed the form on the same page, you are OK with the free plan - as long as form views go. Each time someone loads your page would load the form and that would be a form view. If someone goes to edit their submission - that is another example of a form view. Disabled forms will however not increase your form views. If you go over the limit, you will be asked to upgrade before the next business day at noon. After that your account will be temporarily disabled until you’re able to upgrade.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.

    Kindest Regards.
