BT in the UK refuse to add domains to a white list. They claim that they do not support a white list. How can I stop them bouncing your emails

I checked your email in our logs and I saw that your email was in our Bounce list but it was removed, so I couldn't see the reason for email bouncing. Anyhow, in order to prevent such problems in future, please check this guide and add our sending emails to your contact list: noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com.
