ADDING MY OWN EMAIL FOR mail sending

    Im having issues with my email being bounce listed, literally every other hour

     

    im trying to add my own email to a form and i need to know what details im supposed to input for username and password, is this the details for my jotform logins? or do i need to input the login details for my email address?

    Since you're mentioning username and password info I assume you're trying to set it up using the SMTP method, do note that this info needs to be from your mail server so you should ask your email provider for this info and then enter the given info in the SMTP wizard.
