Conditions for email recipients

    When you create a condition for email recipients is there a way to get a report of that layout in Excel or PDF?

     

    Also, is there a report that you can get access to that shows who completed a Jot Form and confirm who they were sent to?

    We are having issues with our conditions and I want to be able to see in your system who recieved what and confirm they are going through.

    Unfortunately, there is no option to export the existing conditions to an Excel or PDF file. You can only view or edit them in the Conditions wizard.

     

    Also, is there a report that you can get access to that shows who completed a Jot Form and confirm who they were sent to?

    You can check the email logs in the Account History page. The mail logs will provide the emails that came from JotForm. You will be able to view the sent notifications and the sent autoresponders. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History.

    All the form submissions can be viewed in the Submissions page.
