How can i get the entire contents of my form to show up in the email sent to me? I have a waiver and need the entire waiver verbiage to be shown.

When I receive the email.. i need everything in the form to be sent with it so it shows the online waiver VERBIAGE, plus name date and signature. Below, you can see, all i get is the name date and signature.

I assume you're referring to the Text Field you added to your form.

Keep in mind that your Email Notifications will only render Input Fields (e.g. fields that accept user input like a Textbox, Dropdown, Checkbox, etc.) by default. A Text Field is not an input field so you won't be able to add it to your Email Notification body template.

What you can do is just paste the texts "as is" to the email template, and upon checking, it appears you've done exactly that :)
