When transferring forms from one user to another is there a way to make sure that both people have access?

We can only transfer accounts from one account to another. This means that the form will not be available on the other user account. The form can only be assigned to 1 user, which is the main account.
You can set up a Sub-user account so that you can share forms with another user. In this way, the sub-user can edit the form and view the submissions. Please refer to this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User.
