I work for an e-commerce company that runs monthly promotions which often involve online entries & surveys. We are considering using JotForm to facilitate those events. How does the monthly billing work? For instance, if we ran a promotion from Feb. 22 thru March 22 would that be considered one month of billing, or two? Lastly, on the professional package do you capture submitted data and allow for export (in CSV or Excel) of that info?

First off, thanks for your interest in our services, Mary. Jotform is a monthly subscription service. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time. Even when you cancel your subscription, you will not lose any of your forms or your data.
Yes, you can export your submitted data to CSV or Excel. Here is a quick User Guide Article for more information.
