I have checked your form and noticed the integration has been properly set up, when submitted your form I was successfully redirected to the PayPal payment page, here's a screen-cast about it:

If you want to add a PayPal button so your users know they will pay using PayPal, you could enable the check out buttons in the payment integration:

You can also add an image with the PayPal logo to the submit button by clicking on it and opening the button image option:

Use this link as image if you want: https://www.paypalobjects.com/webstatic/en_US/i/btn/png/gold-pill-paypal-44px.png

    Here's how it will look:

    Hope this helps.

I forgot to mention that your payment field is not required:

It means that your form can be submitted without a selection in it, if this field is empty then your users will not be redirected to PayPal since there will not be products to purchase so I would suggest you to set this field as required so all of your users are redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
