Custom PDF is scrambling my custom text fields

Each time I try to add custom text fields into the PDF they look fine in the editor but the final product scrambles them all over the page. How do I fix this?

What is the text you want to add, and where do you want to position it?

There is a bunch of headers I want to add and then some fields at the bottom of the form so we can process the PDFs once they are printed out.
The reset button will undo a lot of work that I made but I think I’ll have to do it and just be more strategic about where the data goes. I think I overloaded the coding with all the changes I made.
