issue with account subscription

    3rd request.  i need to re-activate my account with my updated credit card info.  previous attempts for jotform to contact me have gone to my junk.  i need this fixed asap we use your service as a vital part of our business.  please get back to me how i can update my card info and put my economy plan back in place.

    I checked your account and it looks like your Economy subscription is properly applied.  If this is still not showing correctly on your end, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
