I need to create a form for three events, one of which requires payment. Possible?

With our previous system, a form either accepted payment or it did not. Is it possible for me to have a form where I list three events, one of which requires payment? This seems like a conditional situation where if you check one box you are presented with a payment option, but if you check one of the other two boxes you are not.
