We are not receiving email notification when a form is submitted

    I followed your suggestions on the FAQ and still no email notifications are coming through. They are NOT hitting our spam folders in Outlook, either.

    Same here. I received emails notifications in my gmail account, but I am not receiving email notifications in other email that my client use.

    I followed the suggestions too but its not working (change to noreply@jotform.com)

    I have cloned your form and made a test submission. I was able to receive a notification email right away. I've also checked our mail logs and JotForm has successfully sent your notifications. Can you please change the Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com. And please contact your email provider and ask them to whitelist JotMail's Ip Addresses.

    Can you also add JotMail's Ip Addresses to your mail provider's whitelist and make another test?

    If this still doesn't work, please open a new thread and provide us the form ID.
