I have a jotform file upload form on my website and I implemented the FTP upload option in the myform settings so the files are forwarded to my own server.  Is there a setting anywhere on jotform that removes the file from my jotform 'available space' automatically once it is sent via ftp so I don't have to keep logging into my jotform and delete files to create more availabe space?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. There is no way to auto-delete files from your JotForm account.

We keep files in your JotForm account for back up purposes. There are many factors that could affect the deliverability of files from our server to a 3rd party one, such as an FTP server or even Dropbox's.

We want to minimize the chances of a JotForm users coming here to to complain about an auto-deleted (but undelivered) file, especially if the problem did not come from our end.

Manually deleting the files is the safest way to go.

Thank you for the prompt reply.  That makes sense - better safe than sorry.
