Why do you keep blocking our email address from receiving notifications about form submissions? Each day I have to log in and remove it from the "bounce list".
Why can I not contact anyone about this?
Please email or call us directly so we can get this resolved this is extremely disruptive.

Your thread posted 3 days ago was answered by one of my colleagues.
I checked your email just now and it's no longer on the bounce list. You should now receive emails.
Please note that bounce related issues usually starts on the receiving end. When your email server keeps rejecting the emails coming from JotForm, your email would end up in the bounce list. Just like you, we hate emails going into the bounce list. However, just like any other email servers, we need to process bounce messages without exceptions to protect our mail server from being listed in spams databases.
What you can try is to whitelist JotForm's noreply email email@example.com on your side, you can get assistance from your email service provider for this.
If you keep experiencing problems with JotForm's mail server, you can use your mail server to send the emails so you will not experience bounce issues. To do that, you will have to setup an SMTP in your account. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
