    I am getting an error when trying to authenicate Google Docs... how can I fix this?

     

    Error: redirect_uri_mismatch

    The redirect URI in the request: https://secure.jotform.com/api/google/ did not match a registered redirect URI

    Hi,

    The authentication happens on google's end.

    Please make sure you have the valid google accounts to be authenticated.

    Please inform us if you continue to have this issue.

    yes and I have tried 2 different accounts

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I could not re-produced the authentication issue on my end.

    I cloned your form and easily authenticated it on my personal gmail account.

    (Please see screens).

    Please try to check the account authenticity or perhaps some firewall/prevention software are blocking the account from functioning properly.

    Please inform us if the issue still persist after all verifcation checks are done.

    it appears to only be happening in google chrome, worked fine in Firefox

    Hi  jacobawolf,

    I repeat the cloning and integration process using chrome this time.

    Still able to authenticate easily though. (Please see screen)

     

     

     

     

    Perhaps your chrome's browser cache needs clearing, try to close the browser and clear some cache.

    Then login again to JotForm and do the integration process.

    You may also check the chrome version.. maybe it needs to be upgraded?

    If you were able to authenticate the account but using a different browser, then the account is OK =). And at least you were able to integrate.

    Please inform us if further issue is preventing you from integrating your forms to google spreadsheets.
