How can I create or clone a form?

I tried to create and clone a form, but it says "you've reached your limit".  We deleted many forms and only have 5 in the account right now.  Do we have to move from a free account to a pay account?

Free Account has limit of 5 forms only.

To add a new form you need to remove atleast one more and then accomodate a new one.

However you can increase the limit of number of forms by upgrading your plan to any of the plans listed at pricing page
