Connecting my account with DocuSign and Jotform

    I used the free trial for DocuSign and now I've upgraded it.  But when I create the forms it is still trying to use the trail DocuSign which won't work.

    I have tested a form in my account with my Free DocuSign account and see that it is working fine at my end. I am able to authenticate the DocuSign account and able to receive the submission normally.

    Could you try logging to your account and test the DocuSign in a private/incognito window or a separate browser and see if that works?
