Can't change option field text

Hi! On the paypal payment section, below the submit button, there is a one option field that I'd like to show as 

All Things Erotic 2017- artist submission fee  $ 45.00   

The problem is it shows 2016 instead and I can't seem to find out how to edit it. 

All help would be very welcome since I need to have this page up as soon as possible.
