EMAIL FROM JOTFORM

    HI, I HAVE CREATED 3 FORMS, THE PROBLEM IS THAT FROM LAST NIGHT I DONT RECIEVE THE SUBMISSIONS BY EMAIL. HOW CAN WE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

    Hello peri23,

    The email address used for receiving submissions from that form landed in our bounce list because your mail server started blocking emails from us.

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 Message cannot be accepted, spam rejection

    To resolve this, you need to contact your email service provider and ask them to unblock emails from JotForm. Another solution is to use a different email address, such as a gmail one. Gmail is more lenient from receiving automated emails.

    I also have removed your email address from the said bounce list. Our mail servers will start sending emails again to your address. But without addressing the concern with your mail service provider, it is most likely that you will be prevented from receiving emails again.
