    Please can you tell me what is the problem with my email address?

    Hi,

    I have had problems with the email address since buying the bronze subscription. I have tried 3 different email addresses and they are all on the bounce list. This didn't happen with the free version!

    Please can this be corrected?

    Hello Claire,

    I have now removed your AOL email address from the bounce list. I also have noticed your gmail landed in the bounce list with the following reason:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com

    What I found is that you have used madalina.ispir@yahoo.com as your email sender. Yahoo emails are strict when using their email addresses from being used outside their domain. This is part of their DMARC policies. And since Yahoo! prevents this, your emails are landing in the bounce list.

    I have now removed your emails from the bounce list but please remove the Yahoo! email address as your sender. You can try using Gmail instead. You can check this guide on how to enable SMTP using Gmail: https://www.jotform.com/help/392-How-to-Use-Your-Gmail-Account-as-Your-Email-Sender-via-SMTP

    Please can you remove amec.cef@gmail.com from the bounce list.
    I didnt use the email address that you are suggesting. Not sure what the problem is.

    Hello Claire,

    Can you try re-saving your email notification settings for the form Tabără creștină de muzică (form ID: 63422837782362)? Seems like the old configuration of your email alert is causing the sender address to use the email field.

    I also have removed your email address from the bounce list. email alerts should start sending to you again upon receiving submissions.
