Unique id widget: ignores the current indexAsked by Smoothyltd on January 13, 2017 at 08:51 AM
The unique widget ID is not working.
It was but now I it ignores the starting numbers: such as "8115".
When testing it just starts off at 0001, then 0002 etc.
I run my entire business of off these IDs I need it to start counting at the input number.
Your problem is not clear enough. Could you please explain your question further?
However, I have checked your account and your forms.
When checking your submission deletions and I have seen that you have deleted a submission related to your form which has a unique submission widget.
Probably, deleting a submission is affected the widget. We can not retrieve back the deleted submissions.
Furthermore, It still gives unique numbers as the following screenshot of my example submission:
Also, I have checked your submissions and I did not find any issue.
Lastly, I have tested the widget on my side and I have seen that the widget is working properly.
It ignores the starting value / the starting index.
I have it as 115, but it starts 1001, 1002, 1003 etc
I've understood the problem and seen the issue.
I've forwarded this thread to our software development team in order to fix the issue.
You're going to be informed as soon as the issue will be solved.
Thank you for reporting us.
