    Unique id widget: ignores the current index

    Hi,

     

    The unique widget ID is not working.

    It was but now I it ignores the starting numbers: such as "8115".

    When testing it just starts off at 0001, then 0002 etc.

    I run my entire business of off these IDs I need it to start counting at the input number.

    Dear Luke,

    Your problem is not clear enough. Could you please explain your question further?

    However, I have checked your account and your forms.

    When checking your submission deletions and I have seen that you have deleted a submission related to your form which has a unique submission widget.

    Probably, deleting a submission is affected the widget. We can not retrieve back the deleted submissions.

    Furthermore, It still gives unique numbers as the following screenshot of my example submission:

    Also, I have checked your submissions and I did not find any issue.

    Lastly, I have tested the widget on my side and I have seen that the widget is working properly.

    It ignores the starting value / the starting index.

    I have it as 115, but it starts 1001, 1002, 1003 etc

    Hi,
    I was wondering if you had any update on this?
    Obviously very annoying as I base my entire system of quotes and invoices
    off of this widget.
