I cannot receive emails from the JotForm

    I keep getting a message from your system saying that my email address is bouncing.  It should be good and I have checked it against black lists.  Can you tell me what the problem seems to be?

    director@campwitness.org is the email.

    Thank you for providing the screenshot. This alert means that your account email is bouncing. Therefore, you cannot receive any Notification emails etc from the JotForm while bouncing your email address. 

    Please click "remove" button to remove your email address from the bounce list. 

    I have also checked if your email address is bouncing or not. It is seen that you have already removed your from from the bounce list. It is not bouncing now.

    I sent you a test email, too. Please have a look at the following image. Your notification email was sent successfully.
