If there does seem to be a security issue with Jotform having my password, how can delete the email that I created from my "list." ?
I see how to add emails, but not how to delete them from my list.

If I understand you correctly, you want to delete the recipients in the email notifications. Please check my screen animation:
Open your form and click the Emails button. In the email notification recipients tab, click the "X" at the end of each email recipients to remove it from the list.

Greetings, my question is different.
I want to delete one of the "sender" emails for form submissions. The email that shows up as the sender of the submissions, when someone fills out a form and the form results are sent to myself.
I found where they appear. In Account > Settings > Sender Emails.
That's where I can delete them or edit SMTP Settings.
