Pop-up blockers are blocking my page from submitting payments.

When people go to my website to register for my conference they can't because of the pop-up blockers. Is there a way to automatically turn them off, so we don't have to tell every individual person to turn off their pop-up blockers.

I have tried submitting your form on the web page and see that it is redirected to PayPal without any issue.

Since the pop-up blockers are installed by the users based on their interest, unfortunately, we cannot control the pop-up blockers to disable. I see that you have already posted a message on your web page to disable the pop-up before submitting the form which we'll be suggesting.
