Sharing form templates with Collegues

I submitted about 4 form templates to share a week ago and none of them come up in a search using exact keywords. How do I make these available?

Do you want to share forms in form template gallery? I have checked all form on your account and non of them is shared. If you want to share a form in form template gallery, please check this guide:

In case that you want to share the form that you are using with your colleagues and gave them assess to edit your form or view your form submissions, you can add them as sub account users of your account. more about sub account users and how to share forms, you can find inside of this guide:

If your colleagues want to have exact same forms on their account you can also provide them the link of your forms and then they can clone them.
