How can I create a multiple column, multiple row editable form?

    Greetings,

We are a small group who orders produce once per month. We want to make a form that can be editable from month to month. Product columns go across the page, left to right, members go in lines thru the columns making a grid. Members fill in the grid on their line to order the desired # per product. Needs to be put on a website so all can access and edit.

Do you offer anything like that? I was unable to find any examples of something similar.

Many thanks in advance for your help!

I am not exactly sure what you are trying  to achieve. If possible please provide us an example of the form that you want to create.

However please note that form that is embedded on webpage can not be edited by all users so that can see updates from previous user. You can provide edit link of your form to each user, so that they can edit only submission that was made by them.

Form fields are usually by default blank and you users should fill them. Until you provide us more details about what you are trying to achieve I can only suggest you to check our template gallery and try to find form that fit your needs.

If you want to share data that is submitted by other users, you can create report of your form submissions and embed it to your website.
