Why have forms been so slow to load lately?

Forms have been very slow to load lately on both mobile and PC. Can you tell me why?

I did a bit of testing with your form and it looks to be related to the "Continue Forms Later" function.  Since there are so many options in your form, with this feature enabled, the form needs to check all of those options while loading.  Disabling autofill will allow for your form to function much more smoothly:
