We are currently receiving a high value of submission on our forms. Â Some of our clients are stating that when they try to access the form it is unavailable. Â They check back a few minutes later and the form is available.

Our servers can handle multiple submissions on form at the same time. Do you happen to know the exact error that your clients are getting? Would you mind asking and sharing us a screenshot of that? Note that you have to access this thread and use the image tool to upload.Â
I have checked your form, the autofill is enabled but I don't think this will cause the problem.Â
