Some of my form isn't accessible

    I did a form and I'm having responses that the bottom two questions are not able to be accessed.  I tried it on my end and they are right.  I can't click anything or fill anything out.

    You're correct, the last 2 fields are not clickable. It's because both these fields were set as READ-ONLY:

    1. Do you prefer a one-on-one consultation or do you want to bring friends/family/bridesmaids?

    Just follow the respective screenshots above and set the READ-ONLY option for both fields to OFF.
