Generally, the email address is added to our bounce list when the emails sent to the address are not delivered due to any reason. As already suggested in the other thread, we request you to follow the guide below to troubleshoot email delivery issues.
If you are still experiencing the email issues, you may consider using your own email address as the sender email address by setting up an SMTP address. Please refer to the guide below that can help you in setting up an SMTP email address for your form.
