I have a booking form that has the option to use credit/debit card as a payment form. The stripe payment field doesn't register the expiration date and ends up not going through and the submit button disappears as well as the rest of the form becomes encrypted

    Hello,

The encryption happens because you have the encrypted forms feature enabled. This is showed by the padlock icon below the submit button. The encryption form feature prevents the transmission of readable data from your view to JotForm's servers. This likewise prevents the viewing of the data with just the regular viewing of the page and requires a special key in order to decrypt the information.

While the submit button, it handles the button for pressing since you have used an image for it. When it's supposed to change to "Please wait..." after going for submission, there's no image for it. I would recommend to layout your submit button to simply appear similar to the image instead.

But with regarding to what you said it's not registering the expiration date, can you please provide us more information on this?

    Thanks.
