IP Address Error

    Can someone tell me why these ranges are not coming back as valid?

    152.160.0.0/16
    129.121.0.0/16
    65.75.144.0/18
    64.247.177.0/18
     
    They are failing because they should be between 24-32. Should it be:
    152.160.0.0/32
    129.121.0.0/32
    65.75.144.0/??
    64.247.177.0/??

    I'm assuming you got these IPs from this guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Please note that the guide above has been updated on December 16, 2016 with the following verbiage at the top:
