    3. Using an apostophe produces HTML code ('). Happens in field labels and when using an apostrophe in the pre-populated text field.

    I can reproduce the issue you are describing with V4. When adding an apostrophe inside the label, it appears fine in the Form Builder:

    However, as soon as the form is opened directly, we see that the apostrophe is replaced by its HTML encoded counterpart:
