I have been trying to get a form to submit to more than 2 address

If what you want it to be able to send email notifications to two or more particular email addresses, you can add the email address your your recipient list on your email notification settings. You can check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

You may also create more than one email notification settings if you wish to send different contents to different email addresses. This guide will show you how: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

If you want the person who filled up the form to automatically receive emails, you can do this by setting up autoresponder emails. Please check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email
